I haven't blogged too much about this or at all actually. But right this minute, daddy G is driving all our material possessions in 26 foot truck and hauling my car. We're on our way to Iowa! I get to play navigator and entertainer. I may not stay awake.
We finished loading up at 9 pm yesterday. We parked our second car at a friend's house for now. Got in the truck and enjoyed the first 150 miles with almost no one on the road. Made it to Flagstaff and had difficulty parking. Er, backing up. After 3.5 hours of sleep and some breakfast we're on the road again!
There is so much of AZ we never saw or visited in the 11 years I lived here. Guess we'll have to come back and play tourist!
