Ok folks. I didn’t get to finish the last week of our little trip to the Netherlands. Here’s a little more. I forgot to back up my mom’s camera after B’s birthday so we’re out of pictures but it went something like this:
8.10.12: Afternoon. We went to the beach. That didn’t work out so well. Someone needs some desensitization. And feel the sand between her toesies.
8.11.12: My poor grandparents usually wake up at 8. I might have written that already. But little B was and is always ready to go at 6. NO MATTER THE TIME CHANGE. Nana, Granny, and B went to the petting zoo and B got to see the animals.
8.12.12: We walked into the city for the biggest market of the summer. And, amazingly, didn’t buy anything.
8.13.12: Brenna was pretty sick on her birthday. I talked with the pediatrician at her well check on the 22nd and the doc thinks she picked up something viral, especially after she had a rash outbreak. Lovely way to spend her 2nd birthday. But you know what? She won’t ever remember. Phew!
Take note: My grandpa, Opa, is 83. He climbed up on the table, hung the streamers, and climbed back down. That’s skills.
She loved all her presents!
8.14, 8.15, 8.16 We pretty much took it easy and stuck to B’s schedule. Played in the park, tried the beach again (fail), napped (yes!). More pictures later!
Very big exciting post coming up. We have keys.
